Wedding Fees

When hiring a professional singer and musician you are investing not only in excellent music, but a stress free experience. Leaving the responsibility of the music in the capable hands of a seasoned professional, especially someone who knows the liturgy intimately, allows you to concentrate on other important aspects of your ceremony like, say, getting married.

The fees quoted below are for my singing services only and include travel costs. Fees for additional musicians will vary and will be quoted upon request.

Investment:

Worcester area: $350 service only - $400 full mass

Boston area: $550

Springfield: $550

Western Mass: $600 - $800

Providence, Warwick: $650

Newport, North Shore, South Shore: $700

Cape and Islands: $800 - $1200

My wedding services include the following:

Soloist, Cantor, Music Director: I will be the soloist and cantor for your ceremony. I will assume the role of music director as well (at no additional cost) providing direction and queues for other musicians. For example, if you hire a string quartet, I will act as the "leader" providing direction and queues throughout the ceremony.

Music Selection: I understand that most couples might be unfamiliar with the music selection process. To streamline the process, I provide you with an online demo, suggestion sheet and wedding music planner. I am happy to assist you in choosing music and placing it appropriately in the service. I recommend that we discuss your music selections no later than 4 weeks before your wedding, especially if you are planning to print programs.

Primary Contact: You have enough details to worry about before and on your wedding day. Depending on what is most convenient for you, I will gladly correspond via email, phone, Zoom, FB Messenger, or meet in person to discuss your music selections. Once you have made your selections, I will contact the organist and/or other musicians to coordinate and confirm the list of songs and to provide all necessary sheet music for them.

Day of Your Wedding: On your wedding day, I will meet with the organist and/or other musicians one hour before the wedding to rehearse and coordinate queues. A rehearsal before the day of the wedding should not be necessary as professional musicians are expected to have the music learned and prepared in advance. Additionally, I will coordinate with the presider and other wedding professionals and planners to ensure everything is in place well in advance of the first processional.

Ceremony Coordinator: In the absence of a wedding planner or coordinator, I am also available, if necessary, to line up and organize the family members and wedding party before the first processional at no additional cost to you. This is just one more way to put your mind at ease.
