Wedding Ceremony Fees

When hiring a professional wedding singer or any musician you are investing not only in excellent music but a stress-free experience. Leaving the responsibility of the ceremony music in the capable hands of a seasoned professional, especially someone who knows the liturgy intimately, allows you to concentrate on other important aspects of your ceremony like, say, getting married.

The fees quoted below are for my singing services only and include travel costs. Fees for additional musicians will vary and will be quoted upon request.

Investment:

Worcester area: $350 service only - $400 full mass

Boston area: $550

Springfield: $550

Western Mass: $600 - $800

Providence, Warwick: $650

Newport, North Shore, South Shore: $700

Cape and Islands: $800 - $1200

My wedding services include:

Wedding Soloist, Cantor, Music Director
I will serve as the soloist and/or cantor for your ceremony, and I will also take on the role of music director at no additional cost. In this capacity, I will provide direction and cues for other musicians. For example, if you hire a string quartet, I will act as the leader, guiding and coordinating the music throughout the ceremony.

Wedding Music Selection
Selecting music for your wedding can be challenging, so I provide an online demo, a suggestion sheet, and a wedding music planner to streamline the process. I am happy to assist you in choosing and placing music appropriately in the service. We should discuss your music selections at least four weeks before your wedding, especially if you plan to print programs.

Primary Contact
To make your planning easier I can act as your primary contact for all of the church musicians. I am available to discuss your music selections via email, phone, Zoom, FB Messenger, or in person—whatever is most convenient for you. Once you've made your selections, I will coordinate with the organist and any other musicians to confirm the song list and provide them with the necessary sheet music.

Day of Your Wedding Ceremony
On your wedding day, I will meet with the organist and other musicians one hour before the ceremony to rehearse and coordinate cues. A separate rehearsal shouldn't be necessary as professional musicians are expected to arrive prepared. I will also coordinate with the presider and other wedding professionals to ensure everything is ready well before the first processional.

Wedding Ceremony Coordinator
If you do not have a wedding planner or coordinator, I can also assist in lining up and organizing family members and the wedding party before the first processional, at no additional cost. This is one more way to help you relax and enjoy your special day.
