As an accomplished soprano, experienced Catholic cantor, and music director, I understand not only how to provide beautiful music, but also how to ensure that every aspect of your wedding ceremony is thoughtfully planned and professionally coordinated.

The fees quoted below are for my singing services only and include travel costs. Fees for additional musicians will vary and will be quoted upon request.

Wedding Soloist, Cantor, Music Director
I can serve as the soloist, cantor, and music director for your wedding ceremony. As music director, I coordinate all aspects of the ceremony music at no additional cost, ensuring that every musical detail runs smoothly. If you hire additional musicians, such as a string quartet or instrumental ensemble, I will provide direction and cues throughout the ceremony so that everyone performs together seamlessly.

 

Wedding Music Selection

Choosing the right music for your wedding can feel overwhelming, so I provide several resources to make the process simple and enjoyable, including an online demo library, a music suggestion guide, and a Catholic Wedding Music Planner. I am happy to help you select music that is both meaningful to you and appropriate for the liturgy.

 

Whenever possible, we should finalize your music selections at least four weeks before your wedding, especially if you plan to print a ceremony program.

Primary Contact
To simplify your planning, I can serve as your primary contact for all of the church musicians. I'm available to discuss your music selections by email, phone, Zoom, Facebook Messenger, or in person—whatever is most convenient for you.  Once your selections are finalized, I will coordinate with the organist and any additional musicians, confirm the music list, and provide any necessary sheet music.

Day of Your Wedding Ceremony
On the day of your wedding, I will meet with the organist and other musicians approximately one hour before the ceremony to review the music and coordinate cues. A separate rehearsal is generally unnecessary, as professional musicians arrive fully prepared.

I also work with the presider and other wedding professionals to ensure that everything is organized well before the opening procession begins, allowing your ceremony to unfold smoothly and prayerfully.

 

Wedding Ceremony Coordination

If you do not have a wedding planner or ceremony coordinator, I am happy to assist with organizing the wedding party and immediate family before the procession at no additional cost. I'll help line everyone up, answer last-minute questions, and make sure the ceremony begins smoothly, allowing you to relax and enjoy your special day.
