The Jazz Matinee

Monica Hatch joined WICN public radio in June of 2002 hosting the The Jazz Matinee for over five years. She brought a sparkling array of jazz standards, bossa nova, and selections from the American songbook to the airwaves.  Her play lists featured the great legends of jazz including, Ella Fitzgerald, Louis Armstrong, Tony Bennett, Lester Young, Chet Baker and hundreds more.  Emerging artists, both local and national, were also standard fare on Monica’s program.

Monica left WICN in November 2007 in order to concentrate more fully on her performances.
